Del Webb Bexley Opening in 2019 in Tampa in the Latest Newland Master Planned Community
Del Webb, one of the nation’s leading builders of active adult communities, continues its expansion into Florida’s Gulf Coast region with its first lifestyle-driven, 55+ community in North Tampa at Bexley, Newland’s newest master planned community located just off the Suncoast expressway in Land O’ Lakes.

Del Webb Bexley will start construction in 2018 and will offer a gated community of 850 single-family detached homes spanning 489-acres, and an array of outstanding amenities.
