With a convenient location in Pasco County, Bexley offers easy access to many destinations around the Tampa Bay area. From connecting with nature to finding a deal at the local outlet mall, there is something for everyone to enjoy just a short car ride away from the community. Check out some of our favorite activities in the Tampa and Land O’ Lakes area:
Beautiful Beaches
Did you know St. Pete Beach was recently named the top beach in the U.S. for 2021 by Trip Advisor? Another local favorite, Clearwater Beach, has also received the honor in recent years. And with powdery white-sand beaches and clear blue water, it’s easy to see why. Closer to home, Fred Howard Park and Anclote Gulf Park are less than 20 miles from Bexley and offer lovely beach views and access to the water. We are lucky to have so many beaches nearby to choose from!
Biking Trails
Not only does the Bexley community have a selection of bike trails, but the Suncoast Trail is just around the corner! This 42-mile paved trail features several wildlife viewing areas and runs from Hillsborough County, through Pasco County, and ends in Hernando County. Pack your supplies and head out for a biking adventure!
Golfing Galore
When you’re in the mood for a round of golf, Bexley has plenty of highly-rated courses nearby. In Palm Harbor, Innisbrook, home to the annual Valspar Championship, features four stunning courses designed by architect Lawrence Packard. World Woods in Brooksville features two courses and really embraces the land’s natural layout and Florida habitat. With many golf courses in the area to choose from, you’ll never run out of options!
Shopping Destinations
Ready for a shopping spree? Bexley is close to several large shopping destinations, including International Plaza, Citrus Park Town Center, Westshore Plaza, The Grove at Wesley Chapel, and The Shops at Wiregrass. And if you love to find a good sale, Tampa Premium Outlets are down the road as well.
