From the Twisted Sprocket Kitchen: Double Chocolate Cupcakes
A homemade treat for Valentine's Day could be the perfect surprise for your loved one.
Ingredients
2 Large eggs
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup salted butter softened
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup strong coffee
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.Add ingredients in order into large bowl
3.Beat mixture until smooth
4.Line cupcake pan, fill 3/4 full
5.Bake for 16-17 mins
6.Cool and enjoy!
