Newland Communities Announces Outstanding Line up of Home Builders for New Bexley Community

Home sales for Pasco Community expected to begin in September

Newland Communities is pleased to announce that it has partnered with six homebuilding companies to construct new homes in Bexley, Newland’s fourth master planned community in Tampa Bay. Bexley is located in Land O’Lakes, off State Road 54 at the Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County.

Bexley is owned in a joint venture partnership between NORTH AMERICA SEKISUI HOUSE, LLC (NASH), the U.S. business unit and full subsidiary of SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD., Japan’s largest homebuilder and leading diversified developer, and Newland Real Estate Group, LLC, whose development business, Newland Communities, is the master developer of the community. Bexley is one of more than 30 communities the NASH-Newland partnership owns together in 11 states across the United States.

CalAtlantic, Cardel Homes, David Weekley Homes, Homes by WestBay, ICI Homes, and Lennar will all build single-family homes in the community. Lennar will also offer courtyard homes, villas and two styles of townhomes.

At completion, Bexley will include about 1,500 homes on 1,834 acres. The highlight of the community will be 1,200 acres of preserved open space areas and parks, along with a 10-mile, multi-purpose community trail network of scenic walking, hiking and jogging paths, and bicycle pump tracks all designed by Avid Trails.

With an abundance of open spaces and scenic trails, Bexley will be a scenic retreat just 20 miles away from the hustle and bustle of Tampa; a community that encourages people to get outside and connect with nature and each other.

The exterior design of homes will feature a variety of architectural traditions, while streetscapes will feature tree-lined streets, neighborhood parks and the massive trail network, which will be accessible from nearly every location in the community.

Additional amenities planned at Bexley will include The Bexley Club, a lakefront clubhouse that will be the hub of the community with a vibrant café, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, information center, two swimming pools, a fitness center, and open-air game room.
