Published January 2016*
Newland Communities has set aside 13-acres of land in Bexley, its newest community in Tampa, for a new elementary school. Pasco County School Superintendent Kurt Browning indicates the school board’s goal is to begin construction late Spring 2016, so that the new school will be complete and ready to receive students for the 2017-18 school year. Located within the Bexley community, at Bud Bexley Parkway and Ballantrae Blvd, the proposed elementary school will accommodate about 1,000 students.
