New Hotel Planned for Bexley in Land O' Lakes

110-Room SpringHill Suites by Marriott Coming to new Bexley Community in Pasco County

Newland Communities, developer of the newly launched master-planned community, Bexley, and BBL Hospitality have announced plans to build a 110-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott.

The anticipated 67,500 square foot, five-story hotel will be within the Bexley community at the northwest corner of Bexley Village Drive and CrossPointe Run, and will provide much needed room space in Pasco County’s targeted growth corridor.

BBL Hospitality selected the site as its first venture in Tampa Bay based on the development plans of Bexley, its proximity to the Suncoast Parkway and State Road 54, and anticipated commercial, medical and residential ventures in the area.

The hotel, which will be the first SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Pasco County, is expected to attract both business and leisure travelers, as well as families who travel to the area for local youth sporting events.

The upscale hotel brand is ideal for those spending time away from home. The hotel features spacious suites that offer separate sleeping and living areas, in room mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Bright and inviting lobbies provide the ideal venue to socialize or have casual meetings, as well as enjoy complimentary hot breakfasts each morning.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott is expected to open during the summer of 2018.
