Newland Communities Announces First Builders Selected for Bexley

Newland Communities is excited to announce the initial builders selected for the first phase of its newest community, Bexley, located along State Road 54 and the Suncoast Parkway. Approximately 475 home sites are planned for the first phase, and will include a variety of home styles, from low-maintenance townhomes and villas to courtyard and single-family homes, ranging in size from about 1,200 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet.
“We are fortunate to have strong builder partnerships throughout our current Tampa communities like FishHawk Ranch and Waterset, and these relationships are essential to the successful launch of a new community,” said Tom Panaseny, former Vice President of Operations for Bexley. “We are pleased to announce that Cardel Homes, Homes by WestBay, and ICI Homes will be three of the initial homebuilders joining us for the Grand Opening of Bexley this Fall.”
Newland is currently working closely with these builders on product design and floor plan selection, leveraging consumer research and market trends to ensure initial offerings appeal to a wide variety of family needs and lifestyles. With the community slated to open this Fall, presale opportunities are expected to commence in late Summer 2016.
Cardel Homes and Homes by WestBay have been staple builders in Newland’s Tampa communities for years, while ICI Homes recently joined Newland in FishHawk Ranch with the debut of their 2016 Parade of Homes Showcase Home. More homebuilders for the first phase of Bexley will be announced later this month!
